Registration Criteria
for becoming a member
According to the Act No. 75 (I) / 2013, which has been voted in July 2013, people who wish to register in the Cyprus Association of Registered Podiatrists must meet the following criteria:
- To hold a university diploma of minimum three years, or equivalent qualification that is recognized in the country of acquisition which has an established profession of Podiatry.
- To have acquired about 1000 hours of clinical practice during their studies (ie, total of all study years).
Individuals who wish to practice the profession of podiatry in Cyprus must be registered in the register of podiatrists and have license to practice. The above are acquired by the Registration Council of the Cyprus Society of Registered Podiatrists and are based on the above criteria.
