Filippos Christoforidis


Filippos Christoforidis is a graduate of Podiatry from the Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and a graduate of the Nursing Department of the Cyprus University of Technology. He is currently completing his Master's Degree in Diagnostic and Therapeutic Management of Diabetic Ulcers from the Department of Medicine of the University of Thessaly.

In recent years, Filippos has been working in a private clinic in Edinburgh as a Podiatrist with a special interest in skin disease, in cases of extensive onychocryptosis, and in the management and treatment of diabetic ulcers. As part of his nursing career, he has worked at the public hospital in England, Norther Devon District Hospital NHS in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit as a nursing officer. He has attended additional podiatry and nursing seminars, as well as worked with various care units to treat diabetic ulcers and pressure ulcers in bedridden patients.

He now works privately at the medical center "Apostolos Loukas" in Egomi and is also a member of GESY. Since February 2024, he is a member of the Governing Board of the Cyprus Association of Registered Podiatrists.
